My mother had these dishes when I was growing up. They are nostalgic for me. I bought these at an antique ...
They are so beautiful! Can you cut some and bring them in?
ReplyDeleteThey are so pretty! I hope that the freeze doesn't get them too badly and that there will still be blooms to enjoy. As Stacey said above, I hope you can cut some to enjoy indoors for a little while too. A great idea to at least photograph them though! xx
ReplyDeleteGood idea to photograph those pretty blooms before the freeze. I'm not looking forward to it on bit. That's the kind of cold that I moved south to avoid. Oh well, summer will be here soon enough I guess, right?
ReplyDeleteHappy new year Bonnie! Lorraine
Just beautiful Bonnie! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteDid you hopefully cover them with a plastic blanket and save them?
ReplyDeleteWow, I can't imagine anything in bloom, I am under a huge blanket of the dreamiest snow.
Your pics are awesome, makes me yearn for spring, though I do love winter very much.
I hope it doesn't freeze before I get back to Houston because the hubby would never think to cover anything. Talk about freezing, it is cold cold cold in Maine. Hope 2015 is off to a great start for you.
ReplyDeleteso glad you got these beautiful photos
ReplyDeleteOh your beautiful camellias!! I hate January in the south, nature is so cruel! We had lightening strike the ground right outside our house when the storms came through last Friday night and it blew up our sprinkler system~now it won't matter because everything is going to freeze and die anyway :) Other than that, Happy New Year and stay cozy!! I hope to see you in 2015! Your family photos are adorable!
ReplyDeleteJenna
How lovely are these! I could smell them through the computer screen. :-)
ReplyDeleteSweet blessings to you, Debbie
Oh Bonnie, these camellias are beautiful! I'm visiting late, and I really hope these did not get ruined by the freeze. Our weather just goes back and forth here in North Carolina; it's very cold here at the moment.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes to you in 2015!
Hugs,
Denise
Oh I hope you picked lots, they are gorgeous! Hello Bonnie, long time no see. I hope you had a wonderful family Christmas, and I wish you a very lovely 2015 filled with all the good things, with much love, Linda x
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your visit and wise words. I agree with you about doing what you can and not beating yourself up! I shall try to take your advice. Have a wonderful weekend. With love, Linda x
ReplyDeleteHello Bonnie. These are gorgeous! I do hope the freeze didn't bother them. It's heart breaking when that happens. Happy Saturday. xo
ReplyDeleteHi Bonnie,
ReplyDeleteYour camellias are stunning! I hope they survived the freeze.
Thank you for your visit to my blog. I appreciate you stopping by. Happy New Year to you!
So beautiful! My little bush has buds on it but has yet to bloom. It will be a surprise to see what color it is.
ReplyDeleteHave a beautiful day!
