Living With Thanksgiving began three years ago with my daughter's help and my first post was my Thanksgiving Table. It has been an incredible journey meeting people with similar interests, learning how to make pictures, writing and styling my blog and most of all the challenge of technology. I still do not have that down but do want to learn. With each new follower I felt a sense of excitement that someone would be interested in viewing things I liked! Would you believe I have not had a giveaway? I am close to the traditional 100 followers so I am having a giveaway to celebrate on December 11, 2011. James Farmer has written a new book, "A Time to Plant" just recently published. James is a talented young man you may have seen on the Today Show and in Southern Living magazine recently. Read about him here on his blog and view his tablescape he shared on the Today Show. Now, I have tried to make a blog button and failed so....... if someone out there can talk me through it that would be great. Otherwise just copy and paste the picture below on your sidebar and tell me in a comment you did that for one chance to win the giveaway. For another entry tell me why you started your blog and something meaningful to you about blogging. For the third chance to win consider following my blog or tell me you are already a follower. I am excited about sharing a book I would like to own with the winner on December 11, 2011.
This is James tablescape he did for the Today Show.
P.S. I had a great time meeting Lana from Lana Austin Motif this weekend. It is raining at my house! So happy...We need rain badly!
I'm a follower already.
ReplyDeleteI started my blog in order to follow the Homer Laughlin China Collectors Association. I'm still new to blogging and plan to continue because I like talking to other people about dishes and learning from them. Thank you again for the tutorial on the link. I am going to try it right now.
ReplyDeleteBonnie, I started my blog with the help of my daughter almost three years ago, too. She had moved 1200 miles away and we started blogging just as a way to share what was going on in each other's lives. It has become such a wonderful place to get to know like-minded women. I wouldn't trade for having started this journey. ;) blessings ~ tanna
