Welcome to blogging! I've been blogging for several years, but the decorating circuit (I'm sure that's not the right word) is new to me -- and you're right, it is addicting. Your vintage ornaments are wonderful. I have mine from my grandmother's tree, and it is a special gift to hang them each year.
