Are you remembering the centerpiece now? More views here.
The flowers were still fresh after my last post so I decided to play around a little bit with some other looks using the same flowers. I began by setting the table in the dining room.
Paisley napkins with a fall look, different plates, chargers, and cutlery changed the look.
Copper mules added more texture and ball jars used as glasses repeated the blue color in the plates. To add some fall decor, I placed a little velvet pumpkin I made on the plate using a real pumpkin stem.
Now, for another look using the same centerpiece, I moved back to the kitchen, added a tablecloth, different dishes, silverware, glassware and napkins.
Which is your favorite table?
One Centerpiece~ Three tablescapes!
Bonnie, I couldn't possibly pick a favorite because I love all three! When you change the setting, the arrangement looks totally different! Beautiful tablescapes in the dining and breakfast room! I do love the blue and white tablecloth, I don't remember seeing it! Dinner looks amazing and the encore is stunning!
ReplyDeleteHard to choose, but my favorite is the original - I just love the color combo and casual tone. Then, the blue & white (love the contrast punch of color of the arrangement), and then the DR setting. They're all beautiful. Any day playing in dishes and flowers is a good day, but an excellent day is when your Mr. makes dinner while you play!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun post. I love the different feel of all three -- casual and formal, it all works! (That tablecloth -- the blue/white one is fab, though. I love that combo!)
ReplyDeleteGood for you on a guy who loves to cook! Aren't they the best?
Bonnie, I want that plate of food! LOL! Lovely tablescapes and yes, I love the flowers. Everything looks so pretty. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteBonnie, I couln't choose a favorite, I love all! I love how you use the same centerpiece. I do it too, make my flowers stretch. I love the copper and the paisley napkins and the burlap runner are some favorites here. Beautiful...........Happy fall.
ReplyDeleteBonnie, I can't pick a favorite, because they are all beautiful! The blue and white is just gorgeous and so is the paisley and copper table. I have the same blue and white dished that you do, and I love them!
ReplyDeleteI love all three tabelscapes, Bonnie! The paisley napkin are so pretty on the blue plates. I do like to play in the plates and flowers....but I tend to play more with flowers, though.

I love to rearrange flowers to refresh them and give them longevity. Your tables are all beautiful! It just goes to show that our options are endless with a few different dish sets and linens. Lovely tour through your three tables - and gorgeous flowers. :-)
ReplyDeleteAren't you clever Bonnie! It's amazing how different all the tables look with the same centerpiece! I love them all! There is nothing more fun than playing with dishes and flowers~ the roses in your MKC vase look beyond gorgeous!

ReplyDeleteYour tablescapes are so inspiring! I noticed several things here that are really catching my eye. Using the famous blue Ball jars as glasses is a fabulous idea! I'm loving the colors in your cloth napkins mixed with the blue plates. And I love the classic look of the turned candlesticks.
ReplyDeleteYou just never know when you buy flowers how long they will last. I've had pretty good luck lately too. :)
